This Montreux concert from July 1994 brings together three of the great talents of jazz fusion. Stars in their own right, Al Di Meola (guitars), Stanley Clarke (bass) and Jean-Luc Ponty (violin) reach new levels of virtuosity as a trio. The concert features highlights from their individuals careers plus many tracks, including : « Indigo », « Renaissance », « Song To John » and « Memory Canyon », that would feature on the trio’s critically acclaimed « The Rite Of Strings » album, realesed the following year. There’s also the added treat of a guest appearance by renowned Jamaican pianist Monty Alexander.
